Taste isn’t something you invent. It’s something you absorb.

Taste isn’t something you invent. It’s something you absorb.

Every building you study. Every chair you notice. Every photograph, painting, street, conversation, and detail you pay attention to quietly shapes your judgement.

Over time, those references become instinct. What feels effortless is usually years of accumulated observation.

The difference between someone with great taste and everyone else is rarely talent. More often, it’s that they started absorbing earlier—and they never stopped.

Good taste isn’t created in a moment. It’s built through a lifetime of paying attention.
