Another one for the Guinness World Record list. Ciel, the world’s tallest hotel, is set to open in Dubai in 2023. At 360 meters in height, NORR Group’s design for this elegantly sculpted tower will be the latest addition to the Dubai skyline. An award-winning design, Ciel includes a 75-storey atrium with vertically stacked gardens, a 1,042-key hotel and signature restaurants. The top of the tower features an infinity pool and observation deck with dramatic views of the Dubai marina and waterfront.
